I grew up in California and initially moved to Santa Barbara in 1981. My daughter graduated from Santa Barbara High (and is now also a KW agent in New Jersey). While having lived in several countries and traveling the world extensively, I maintained a residence in Santa Barbara and have witnessed the dramatic changes our real estate market has been through and the progression of Santa Barbara County through several volatile market cycles.
